Bill Weber
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Bill has been at the helm of Market Experts since 2008, growing it into a successful value-add distributor of highly innovative data center software solutions and services, selling to some of the most prestigious companies in the Iberian Peninsula.
Bill has more than 40 years of international business experience in the field of IT and telecommunications solutions. Bill held senior roles in Alcatel France and Alcatel Australia and was General Manager of Cisco Systems, Sub-Saharan Africa, from 1998 to 2001, based in Johannesburg, RSA.
Bill grew the Cisco revenue more than 150% over a three-year period and was instrumental in making Cisco the leading networking company in Sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to founding Market Experts, Bill was the Director of Iberia Enterprise Sales for Nortel.
Uri Kesselman
Co-Founder and Director
Uri brings more than 30 years of experience in the international IT and telecommunications markets. Since 2000, Uri has been residing in Spain and has been working for and with innovative companies such as Waze (acquired by Google), cVidya (acquired by Amdocs) and eero (acquired by Amazon), and acted both as a consultant and as an executive in the area of sales and business development.
During his career Uri worked for multinationals like Motorola, Amdocs and TrustVesta in the areas of provisioning, billing, CRM and payments for telecommunication operators in the U.S., Europe, Canada, Japan, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Singapore.
Uri has co-founded several companies such as Market Experts, Realinnova, Tour-Tech and Evomote, holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Management and Information Systems from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian and Hebrew.
